Nb: Pengetahuan kita terhadap perusahaan. Seperti :

• Berdirinya perusahaan. 

• Layanan bidang perusahaan product / service's. 

• Ceritakan pencapaian atau track record perusahaan. 

E.g: I have known PT. Telekomunikasi is developing good service, a national big company that have many branches. It start knowing the history when first has created in 1965 Telkom has many achievements and has given many contributions for Indonesian. 

IV • What do you know about our product? 

Pertanyaan ini tergantung jenis perusahaan. Yakni, service atau produk? Jika produk makan sesuai metode dibawah:

~ Shape, Design, Color. 

~ Price : Costly (sangat mahal), Expansive (mahal), Cheap (Murah), Affordable (terjangkau). 

~ The Benefits (kelebihan). 

Namun, jika jenis layanan perusahaan berupa service makasih ikuti arahan dibawah:

~ Tujuan dan Manfaat 

~ Target Pengguna

E.g: I have known, Telkom has provided services to consuments well and what do you need by society.

(Make sure that you are match of what company needs). 

Nb: Meyakinkan agar perusahaan membutuhkan kamu sebagai orang yang tepat. 

E.g: Why the company should hire me, because I have skill which are related with the position that I applied before. 

VI • Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? 

# Mention about what would you do. 

# Mention what the highest position which you choose. 

Nb: Mention position yang diinginkan yang related dengan track record. Tindakan yang dilakukan tentang menyelesaikan permasalahan yang nanti diberikan. 

E.g: In the next 5 year, I would like manager network infrastructure and I get many projects if possible. I would like make good relationship with my member. sometimes, probably I would give special guidance to improve skill. 

VII • What if your position is different with your educational background?

Ex:

Pharmacy -> Customer service

• Teori Obat-obatan 

• Communication -> Melayani & Problem solving (in CS) 

• Selling -> Do Administration (in CS) 

Contoh diatas adalah gambaran jika seseorang dengan background farmasi bekerja menjadi customer service. Hal tersebut dapat diterima dengan sarat jelaskan hal yang sama/relate antara keduanya yang saling berkaitan. Gambar distance menunjukkan bahwa seorang farmasi mempunyai skill komunikasi yang sangat berguna untuk seorang CS salam hal melayani dan memecahkan masalah. 

E.g Answer :

It's doesn't matter.. In my opinion many some similar something and could be relate, like a (explain about it). 

VIII • What is your great achievement? 

# Comparing it with all achievement. 

# Not only in academic. 

Nb. Semua pencapaian yang menunjukkan kamu orang yang competent dan produktif. Pada pertanyaan ini juga tidak mesti hal yang berkaitan dengan posisi yang kamu lamar. 

E.g:

My achievement is representation my boarding school to follow tahfidz competition in Regency and I second winner. So.. I have choosed finely culture ambassador East Java. 

IX • What you straight & weaknesses

# Mention straight which is related with the position.

# Mention weaknesses which is not related with the position. 

Nb. Jangan jelaskan tentang karakter atau keperibadian tetapi jelaskan sesuai yang relate dengan posisi yang dilamar. 

Untuk menjawab weaknesses ada 3 cara yang bisa kamu pilih:

1. Jelaskan kelemahan yang tidak relate dengan posisi yang kamu applay

2. Tarik kelemahan dari posisi dengan alasan. Contoh: Saya bisa memperbaiki komputer dengan cepat, tetapi saya tidak bisa cepat ketika jumlah komputernya terlalu banyak. 

3. Menggunakan Problem Solving, Contoh: Saya tidak bisa mengoperasikan komponen handphone, tetapi saya akan mencoba untuk mempelajarinya.

E.g Straight : 

I am good web design, I am expert for infrastructure computer and networking. 

E.g Weaknesses :

I couldn't cooking and I couldn't swimming (Cara 1).

• Tempat tinggal = 1jt

• Transport = 50k x 30/bln = 1,5jt

7jt - 4,3jt <> (Living Costs) = 2,7jt (Sisa). 

Nb. Kamu harus bisa menjelaskan nya kenapa kamu minta gaji segitu.

Ada 3 hal yang membuat seseorang berhenti bekerja. yaitu: kontrak habis, mengundurkan diri, dan dipecat. 

E.g:

Perhaps, when the contract was done, Resign, and get fired.
